It was perfect. Taken a few minutes late but otherwise perfect service from your receptionist and doctor. The doctor gave good advice and gave me her full attention.
I would say you do have one receptionist or a lady who was at the front desk who talks nonstop and loudly and it’s not the first time I noticed. She’s also not talking about work which is why I noticed, especially as you created a nice zen waiting area.
